The Consul General hosts the students from the International Law and Diplomacy Club of Galatasaray University

On November 4, 2025, in Istanbul, the Consul General of Georgia, Aleksandre Jishkariani, hosted students from the International Law and Diplomacy Club of Galatasaray University at the Consulate General of Georgia.

During the meeting, the Consul General spoke with the students about Georgia’s rich history and culture, the unique aspects of the diplomatic profession, and the key priorities of the Consulate General’s work. He also highlighted the close bilateral relations between Georgia and Türkiye, placing particular emphasis on the vital role of young people in fostering dialogue and strengthening cooperation between nations.

Galatasaray University is one of Türkiye’s leading public institutions of higher education. Its International Law and Diplomacy Club, a student association with a 25-year history, actively promotes youth engagement and interest in the field of diplomacy.
