Consul General holds meeting with the co-founder of Globemeets B2B Networking

On July 3, 2024 Consul General of Georgia in Istanbul, Aleksandre Jishkariani held a meeting with the co-founder and managing partner of Globemeets B2B Networking, Hüseyin Kurt.

At the meeting, the Consul General emphasized the recent developments and reforms carried out in Georgia’s tourism and hospitality sector. Prospects for the development of cooperation in the tourism sector under the existing visa-free regime between Georgia and Türkiye as well as intensive regular flights were positively evaluated.

The parties also discussed the possibilities of participation of the Georgian side, including tourist companies, DMCs and hotels, at the international tourism exhibition organized by Globemeets B2B Networking on September 12-13, 2024 in Istanbul.
