Opening of the East Mediterranean International Tourism & Travel Exhibition

On February 5, 2025, the Consul General of Georgia in Istanbul, Aleksandre Jishkariani, attended the official opening ceremony of the East Mediterranean International Tourism & Travel Exhibition (EMITT).

During the event, the Consul General visited Georgia’s stand, which showcased the country’s tourism potential. The stand featured the Georgian National Tourism Administration, the Adjara Tourism Department, and leading companies from Georgia’s hospitality and travel sectors.

EMITT is one of the largest and most influential tourism exhibitions globally, bringing together representatives from 95 countries and attracting over 30,000 visitors.
