Consul General of Georgia meets with the Deputy Governor of Istanbul, Mehmet Sülün

The discussion focused on strengthening cooperation between Georgia and the Republic of Türkiye in trade, culture, and other key areas, while also reviewing the results of 2024 and outlining plans for 2025.
The importance of enhancing collaboration between Türkiye’s agencies and the Georgian Consulate General to ensure effective consular support for Georgian citizens was particularly emphasized.
Both sides reaffirmed the significance of startegic partnership between Georgia and Türkiye and their shared commitment to deepening ties.
