Consul General meets with the Vice President of TÜRSAB

On 24 July 2026, the Consul General of Georgia in Istanbul, Aleksandre Jishkariani, hosted Davut Günaydın, Vice President of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB), at the Consulate General of Georgia in Istanbul.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to further strengthen tourism cooperation between Georgia and Türkiye and to effectively leverage the existing potential for increasing bilateral tourist flows.

Building on the successful cooperation and the experience gained through joint projects implemented by TÜRSAB and the Consulate General of Georgia in Istanbul, the parties reaffirmed their readiness to expanding collaboration aimed at increasing tourist flows between Georgia and Türkiye, as well as organizing additional joint promotional activities and events.
