Consul General of Georgia participates in the opening ceremony of the exhibition “GlobeMeets 2025”

On September 11, 2025, Consul General of Georgia in Istanbul, Aleksandre Jishkariani, participated in the official opening ceremony of the international tourism exhibition “GlobeMeets 2025.” The exhibition brings together representatives from the tourism, hotel, and aviation industries.

It is noteworthy that Georgian companies are also participating in the exhibition, giving them the opportunity to hold meetings with leading international companies and establish new business contacts.

The event was also attended by the President of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB), officials from the relevant ministries of the Republic of Turkey, the Governor of Istanbul, as well as representatives of the diplomatic and consular corps accredited in Istanbul.
