Consul General meets with the Chairman of MÜSİAD, Burhan Özdemir

On September 17, 2025, the Consul General of Georgia in Istanbul, Aleksandre Jishkariani, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association of Türkiye (MÜSİAD), Burhan Özdemir.

The meeting focused on prospects for further deepening trade and economic cooperation between Georgia and Türkiye. Special attention was paid to the role of business associations and relevant organizations in developing economic ties and strengthening partnership relations between the two countries.

The Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association of Türkiye (MÜSİAD) unites up to 60,000 medium and large companies. The association has 85 international representations in 71 countries, including Georgia
