Meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines

During her visit to Türkiye, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Tamar Ioseliani met with Murat Şeker, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines.

During the meeting, it was highlighted that Georgia is becoming one of the fastest-growing aviation markets in the region. This growth is driven by aviation liberalization policies, infrastructure modernization, and full alignment with international aviation standards. Both parties emphasized that the government’s consistent policies have significantly boosted passenger traffic, expanded flight routes, attracted more airlines, and increased tourist flows.
