Consul General Visits the Çanakkale Province

On August 19, 2026, Consul General of Georgia in Istanbul Aleksandre Jishkariani paid a working visit to Çanakkale Province.

Consul General held meetings with Çanakkale Governor Ömer Toraman, President of the Çanakkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Head of the Çanakkale Regional Port Authority.

The meetings focused on strengthening bilateral trade and economic ties and expanding cooperation in the fields of tourism, culture, and transport.
